DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping flat rate cost around the US is $4.99 and may vary depending on the location of the customer’s address or shipping method. All Ground packages are guaranteed to be delivered within 2-6 business days. The delivery date is set at the pick-up time according to the distance the package travels. Delivery time may vary depending on the client’s location. We ask for your patience while waiting for your package.

Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage as a result of the use of the site or reliance on any information provided on the site. Your use of our site is solely at your own risk.

AFTER ORDERING

After ordering from us and we receive your order, we will process the order, and package the item before sending it to the customer. Our delivery service provider will handle your package’s transit to your address. We have no control over the package’s transit as it will be the courier’s responsibility.


GENERAL RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can’t be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return or report a defective product, please contact us at hello@tylerstubes.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with further instructions.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above criteria. We also can’t accept returns of certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products.
